This simple dressing is delicious with any raw winter vegetable or combination of vegetables, from cauliflower to shredded turnips.
Makes about 1 cup
1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup vinegar, citrus juice or a mixture
1-2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar or honey (use with bitter vegetables such as Brussels sprouts)
Dash Sriracha sauce or red chili flakes
Combine all ingredients in a glass jar or a blender. Shake or blend until creamy and smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings, adding salt and pepper if desired.
